In a luxury boutique or a hotel, the security officer is the first person a client sees. He holds the door, greets, answers questions, and all the while he observes. Retail and hotel security means holding both roles at once: a presence that reassures clients and deters everyone else, without ever feeling like a checkpoint.
We work for jewellery, fashion and watch houses, hotels, palaces and serviced residences in Paris, Saint-Tropez and Courchevel. In a boutique, the officer manages the entrance, the flow of visitors and delicate situations; in a hotel, he watches over the lobby, the floors and the service entrances, day and night.
Our officers are chosen for their bearing and their sense of service as much as for their experience. They know the codes of an international clientele and work alongside management, staff and, in hotels, the concierge and reception.
Whatisincluded
Welcome and door control
An officer in plain clothes at the door: he opens, greets, regulates entry when the boutique is full, and knows how to spot a situation before it unfolds.
Shop-floor watch
A discreet presence in the boutique during fittings and the presentation of pieces, in coordination with sales staff and CCTV.
Lobby, floors and service entrances
In hotels, patrols of the public areas and floors, control of service entrances and deliveries, attention to anyone who is not a guest.
Night watch
A night officer inside the hotel or outside the boutique, random patrols, alarm response, a logbook and a report each morning.
Events and private sales
Reinforcement for a launch, a private sale or the stay of a sensitive client: invitation checks, flow management, presence in the lounges.
Logbook and report
Every incident, every refusal, every delivery is recorded. Management receives a report at the end of each shift.

You describe the premises, opening hours, clientele and what concerns you. We reply within 24 hours, through the manager who will follow the assignment.
2
Site visit
We visit the boutique or hotel at busy hours, meet management and note the entrances, blind spots and sensitive moments.
3
Assignment brief
It sets the hours, dress, the officer's position, instructions for welcoming and refusing, and the contacts. Management signs it off.
4
Taking up post
The officer reports to management, takes instructions and begins with a walk-through of the premises. A site manager follows the assignment and remains reachable.
Onquotation,anarrangementwrittenwithyou.
This service does not come in a pack: we build it from your premises, your hours and your guests, then we quote it.
Retail and hotel security
On quotation
Boutique, hotel or palace: we design the arrangement after a visit at busy hours, according to the entrances, opening hours and clientele. The number of officers, their dress and their position are agreed with management, then quoted.
How much does a security officer for a boutique cost?
Everything is quoted. The rate depends on hours, duration, period and the level chosen. Night shifts between 9 pm and 6 am, Sundays, public holidays and requests at less than 48 hours' notice carry a surcharge. We reply within 24 hours.
Is the officer in uniform?
By default, in plain clothes: a dark suit or an outfit agreed with you, to match the image of the house. An identified uniform remains possible if you prefer it.
Can you cover a single day?
Yes: a private sale, a launch, the festive season or the visit of a sensitive client. We also work year-round, with the same officers so that clients recognise them.
Do you work with the hotel's staff?
Always. The officer follows management's instructions, coordinates with reception, the concierge and in-house security where it exists, and never replaces the front-of-house team.
